I'd start by using the diagnostic codes to see if the pressure switch and limit switch seem to be operating properly.
if you pull the pressure switch hose off, you should get the pressure switch diagnostic code for it not closing.
If you pull the wire off the limit switch, you should get the diagnostic code for that opening.
Incidentally, 95% of the time when a pressure switch opens, the problem is in the furnace or venting system, not a problem with the pressure switch.

What kind of ignitor? How long does this ignitor stay on for? Does it go out?, and when(how many seconds) it clicks or sparks to come on? (If an HSI glow coil, time it when you hear the click for it, not the actual glow.) And doesthis pattern always hold true.
It is possible the control board or ignition module is bad (the one that has wires going to the gas valve), or electrical conncetions shrunk due to the cold. It might be worth your while trying to wiggle wires or pull them off and reinsert, and also possibly rap on the control that is involved, to see if you cause a response.
I hope you do not send that 3 degree stuff our way.
