York furnace popping noise after 2 minutes

I have a 15 year old York Furnace 75k btu 80%. After the fan starts, about 2 minutes later there is a loud pop (1) from the chamber area. I have eliminated the duct work as a cause.
Thanks

Check to see if all the burners are lighting up.

Yes all the bruners are lit with straight blue flames. A couple of the flames are yellow at the tip of the flames.

I was thinking it might be delayed ignition from a burner not lighting, but apparently not.

Sometimes the heat exchcanger can give a popping noise when it heats.

Yes I think it maybe heat exchanger. It is a metalic sound. I thought it was the Plenuim at first. But when checking it, after stiffening some plenuim sheet metal, I had one hand on the plenuim and one hand on the side on the furnace when it popped. It is definately in the furnace. A HVAC friend who did the duct work for me told me that as longer as the burners were working good there was no reason to really clean things. (this was 15 years ago). Is there anything I can do about the heat exchangers? Are they replacable? or is that not worth it? Does popping indicate a potential failure? Can they be cleaned? Is there any other way to inspect them beside a mirror (ac coil blocks top view)?
Thanks
