Oil furnace rumbles/vibrates whole house

I have an older oil furnace that always rumbled a little bit when it ran. We recently ran out of oil and when we received more oil my husband bled the line. He received instructions from a friend who was an HVAC tech for many years. Now our furnace rumbles a lot. It vibrates the entire house. I'm wondering if maybe there is still air in the line that didn't get bled out completely. Any ideas on what could be causing this and how to fix it? Thanks!

The nozzle is likely fouled. Some equipment is far more sensitive to nozzle problems than other.
