Motor or control board problem?

I have a Goodman GMP100-4 gas furnace. Sometimes the inducer blower does not start and sometimes it runs fine. I have checked all the limits and switches and they are ok. The status light never flashed. I think the problem is either a bad motor or bad control board, but how can I test to find out which one is bad?

It does not seem like a control board to me. spin inducer fan motor, if hard or stiff, replace. sometimes these older inducer fan motors also have a capacitor that they use to start the motor, that could be bad. But if you really want to check the board, follow the wires from inducer fan motor to board and see if you get 120v to where it connects on the board, be sure to remember where the wires go before you disconnect it off the board.
