What color LED is flashing?

Tried spinning the blower wheel to see if it spins free?

On the board, you'll see COOL, what color wire on that?

LED is blinking a consistent red...I tore the blower and motor apart.. blow and motor turns ok and nothing smells burnt..

There is a black wire coming off the motor to the COOL

I am going to take the motor and cap into Grainger tomorrow and see if they will test.

I am not able to pull up the blower speed wire code.

Remove the black wire and try the next speed down, and see what happens.

Most blower are 4 speed, and you are on high, and was suggesting going down to Med/Med-hi and see if the fan worked. but you got it going.
