Lennox G40UH(X) Replacing SureLight Card

Furnace Brand: Lennox Model: G40UH(X)

A technician told us that our fan motor and control card (SureLight) needed to be replaced. The furnace is 7 years old and felt it was
worth fixing.

We replaced the motor and ready to connect to the new card.

The new control card (SureLight) is a replacement (from Cozy), with a few design changes. The repair technician unplugged the wires from the card (motor, transformer, etc.) so we can not see where they go now. Could you advise what wires (color) from the new motor goto on the board.

Also, on the old board there were additional plugins (LINE-IN, HUM-N, EAC-N, XFRM-N, CIR-N) on the top right hand side of the board. What wires (color and source) go into these connectors?

Finally, there is a new type of circuit breaker that is different than what is on the original card. How is this connected?

There seems to be 2 wires from the transformer that should be plugged into the card, where?

Thank you.

I would say, in order: Hot wire in, then neutral wire to humidifier if there is one, then neutral to electronic air cleaner if you have one, then neutral to transformer, then neutral to circulation blower motor.

You really needed an new motor AND card, eh? For sure? Any evidence supporting that?
