just removed and replaced floor under boiler, replaced exhaust pipe to 6" someone had it reduced down to 4". hooked it all back up lite the pilot, fired up and ran about 2 mins. then shut off and wont relight. i had the door off to pilot when it ran i dont know if i damaged the rolloff switch? the pilot stays lite, and the circulator pump runs but won't fire up.

Roll out switch

The switch can be checked with either a volt or ohm meter. To use an ohm meter, shut off the power, disconect at least one side of switch, & check for continuity thru the switch. If you have continuity, the switch is closed as it should be.

Is the vent damper opening as it should? If not, the main burner will not fire.
