Cranking Noise: Trane XR90

Hey Guys-

So I have a Trane XR90 that makes a fairly loud "cranking" or "clanking" noise (hard to find a word descriptive of it...) intermittently when the heat is on. Almost every time I run over to listen and try and track down the specific location, the sound stops...but I've been able to pinpoint it to the copper wire that connects the unit and has a valve connected to the wall.

I took two videos that should help you help me diagnose the problem - and, ultimately my worry is that something is going to burst:

Video 1 (sound at second 3-6): YouTube - PC180127

Video 2 (sound between :20-:50): YouTube - Trane Heater Problems

Thanks so much for the help.

What is the valve connected to and the copper tubing end up?
It sounds like something creaking to me; sort of like a creaking floor board.

Sounds like the solenoid valve on the humidifier is chattering. Check the low voltage wiring for the humidifier, may be a loose wire connection
