Need wiring for an old natural gas heater Luxaire model PDSV-LD12N080A

My hubby tried to replace the thermostat, but didn't write down the wiring before he took it off. Does anyone know the wiring for an old Luxaire model PDSV-LD12N080A? The new thermostat is an easy to install Honeywell RTH111, but have no clue how to hook up the wiring now. It has green, red, yellow, white, and blue. He does remember that one of the wires wasn't being used on the old thermostat, possible blue?
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Most thermostat wires to the furnace are connected to the furnace "R" and "W" terminals at the furnace, and the same wires should be connected to the "R" and "W" terminal at the thermostat.

You can short those wires together to get some heat and connect them up to the thermostat after things warm up a bit.

And it sounds like your husband has made a NOBLE effort to restore heat to your family! Noble I say!
