weather maker 8000 furnace by carrier

it goes through all the cycles but the blower motor will not kick on any solutions

Sounds like the motor or board may be an issue.

What happens when you set the t-sat fan switch to "ON"?

I just had this happen to me. I took the circuit board out and quickly discovered the 120 volt input on the main relay to the fan was fried. I cleaned up the carbon from the arching and re-soldered it. The trace on the circuit board was burnt away a little but I was able to bridge it. The other option would have been to add a wire from the relay to the power input connection (labled L1). Hope this helps someone else.
