Heating problem

I have a gas forced air furnace, Inter City Products, 1992. It is not heating. It is giving a error message (3 flashes of a red light) which means "pressure switch contacts open" I located the pressure switch, turned off the furnace, tapped lightly with a screw driver on the pressure switch, turned the furnace back on, and the system fired up and is heating. Not sure if it will make it through the night.

Do I need to replace the pressure switch or could there be something else wrong?

Make sure

Make sure the lines going to he switch are clear. The switch operates at a very narrow margin. The slightest restriction can prevent its operation.Along the same lines>>>>this switch has cycled your furnace on and off many, many times in the last 8 years and may be ready to be replaced.PDF

Thanks for the advice, you were right on. The vacuum line that runs from the blower had some moisture and had rusted the tip of the fitting. I cleared it out and it fired right up.
