goodman 125-4

Last week my circuit board got wet and I believe it shorted out. The board lights and powers up but the blower fan motor won't come on. Is there any way to bypass or jumper the fan motor to make sure that isn't the problem before I get anew board? The run capacitor seems to be fine and there is no smell of smoke from the motor, the main circuit breaker didn't blow and the squirrel cage moves freely?
