water leaking on the return air duct of central heating & cooling system

Water leaks even after I turn off the furnace and AC on the return air duct. The water comes out of the duct cleaning hole. I also turned off the water pipe to the humidifier attached to the furnace. There seems no water source that goes into the air duct. I just could not figure out why.

The ac drain is probably clogged. The water is condensation from the evaporator coil.

You may be able to clear the drain from a tee in the primary drainline.
