Help, Gas heater won't slow down (or stop)!!!!!!!

Hi, I have a D.B. Wait gas heater, model NW-35 with a mm-1 control (info on side pannel). The heater have 22 000 btu for minimum and 37 000 btu maximum. The problem is that the heater never stops (heating to the max). I think it is the gas valve control but I cannot find the exact type and model I would need to replace it. The pilot works fine, this is not a problem. If I could have that information for a valve replacement (robertshaw, honeywell)( make and model), that would be great. See somes pictures:

Thanks,

None of your pictures are opening for me and I'm not finding any references for that manufacturer.

D.B. Wait Co is not operating anymore. What I need is a universal model of a gas valve for my heater (22 000 btu-37 000 btu). If you want to see the pictures, write nw-35 in the upper right corner search space and you will find my other thread (and pics).
