Please help Carrier unit no heat!

Im confused on the outside and inside relationship i.e. AC/furnace etc. However here is the info and hope you can
help as cannot get heat to come on.*
Outside is a Carrier weather maker Puron unit, seems to be working as comes on and off, the model #is: 38TZA030320.
Inside is a Carrier furnace not sure if model # as pictured is furnace or? Thermostat is White-Rogers. Have set high for heat, like 75-80 degrees but heat never comes on and temp is around 65. Can hear coming on
and off and feel air blowing but not heated. Water Heater is working and pilot light on.
Ive read that there might be separate on/of switch on
unit for AC and Heat?? Please help me find that switch if applicable or any other ideas greatly appreciated, thanks!

that number is the model number of the evaporator which sits above the furnace itself. the furnace is what the metal pipe is coming out of in image 24. you will need to remove the upper door of the furnace to find the model number for it.

Ok easy opening that door and see the model number but looked for that on Carrier website where you can
put in first 5 letters to identify but no results. However looks like unit is in off position and enclosing lighting instructions on
label attached and looks pretty simple, should I proceed with those instructions, thanks..

Ok great, one more question please. Are these units normally turned off seasonally,
just curious why it would be off. We moved into house about a month ago and warmthen! But owner is out of country and unreachable so just curious..thanks again..
