Ignition control

ignitor glows but gas valve does not open for pilot or burner could it be ignition control ?

Please describe what you are observing in more detail.

In general, if the pressure switch isn't opening up, the next step in the ignition sequence is to turn the hot surface igniter on for a certain number of seconds, then turn of the main burner gas.

The pressure switch could be opening, shutting off the ignition sequence. the gas valve could be shut off or defective, preventing the gas from turning on, or you might have a bad ignition control.

So check the voltage from the pressure switch and check to see if power to the gas valve is being turned on.

Does the ignition sequence start again? Describe the sequence in more detail.
