Lennox G26 Elite blower won't start

I'm hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction. I was running the A/C and woke up to the smell of something burning. After turning the unit off, the blower won't kick back on. The burner works, and the condenser works. I've removed the blower cover, and was able to spin the blower freely. The board in the unit is a 19w60, I've read that they have been discontinued, I'm wondering if this is something that typically happens with this board, and should be replaced with a 63w27.

It sounds like the windings in the motor burnt up.

I was just able to pull this code off the controller 3+1: primary secondary limit switch open.
