Carrier 58SX furnace inducer motor working, blower not working

I have a Carrier 58SX furnace. This morning, I woke up to a cold house. Upon checking it, I noticed the inducer motor runs, but the blower motor does not work. I started trying to do some basic troubleshooting, but I'm a little out of my league here. The biggest thing that I noticed, is that when I pulled the 3 amp blade fuse from the circuit board, the blower motor STARTS, and the inducer motor STOPS! Can anyone help?

Yes, if the fuse is removed, the fan that circulates air around the house will run continuously.

You need to take the cover off the burner compartment of the furnace and describe in detail the sequence of events you observe when the thermostat is turned up to call for heat.
