Help installing new circuit board in Goodman GMP 125-5 Furnace

We are trying to replace the old Goodman B18099-06 circuit board with a new White-Rodgers 50T35-730 circuit board. We only have instructions for the 50T35-743 board. It says to discard the old thermostat wires (red, beige (yellow?) and white. The new board has red, green, white. is it safe to assume the green terminal is the same as the old beige (yellow?) connection? Also the old board has 5 pins ( at least two are labeled heat and cool) the complimentary pins on the new board have no labels and look a little different. Is it ok to assume the 5 pins would be in the same order on the two boards? Thanks

You are referring to the pigtails...
Connect the white wire to W.
Connect the red wire to R.
Connect the green wire to G.

The stat wire that went to G before will connect to the green wire now....
