Beckett Oil burner leaking fuel oil

Hello, I have a Miller furnace with a Beckett oil burner. I know I've had a fuel oil leak for some time now. It seems as though it may be getting worse. It seems to be leaking or ending up right where the burner seem is located. At the advice of Grady I cleaned the air filter and changed the nozzle, but it's still leaking quite a bit. Any ideas, advice is always appreciated! Thanks! Jack

Just wanted to add that it seems like my blower fan is squealing now when it first starts up if that makes any kind of difference? My blower fan as I assume most are is located above my furnace.
