My Nordyne Tappan Furnace cycle every 20 min. HELP

My Horizontal G6RA Series 80 Nordyne, cycles every 20 min. or so of continues usage, and the error code is one blink: Limit Circuit open or External Load on W.

I installed a new circuit board for another issue earlier (press. swith closed) now it works great but won't stay on continuesly without going off than on again.
The only limit switch this unit has are: Supply air, vent switch, and a flame roll-out. Which one is it???

I don't think is the external load on W !??!!!

Any Help Folks???

How old is the system?
Might be bad heat exchanger causing roll-out and limit trigger?

Do the easy things first?

If I can suggest, and forgive me if you've done / thought of this already. Supply Air can mean a cold air return is blocked, for instance. The easy things to check for are: make sure filters are clean, make sure a cold air return is not blocked by furniture or a blanket or something.

Age of the furnace counts too: with the guidance of a very helpful member on this board finally traced my short-cycling furnace to the blower. Enough gunk had built up in the vanes of the squirrel cage blower that they had lost their aerodynamic shape and could not move enough air. This may be something to check for too, depending on how long it's been since the blower was cleaned.

Good luck with it!
