Inducer motor installation

I'm having a problem with my inducer motor. Noisy, won't come on speed, won't maintain speed. Looks like it's easy to replace and I can find motor online. Need to know if these routinly come with a new gasket, if not, what kind of gasket material is used to make one, and what kind of sealant is used. Also if this material is routinely available at hardware stores. Inducer is a Fasco B4059000. Looks like some kind of dried brown sealant around gasket and duct plug area. I'm new to doing any of this so thanks in advance for any help.

Look for an inducer motor kit provided by the manufacturer, which would typically include the motor, fan wheel, gasket and the sheet metal that bolts onto the furnace housing. Usually you can't get the old fan wheel off the shaft and getting the kit insures you get all the correct parts and makes replacing the inducer motor easy.
