Condensate Pump Problem

Hi All,

My condensate pump is constantly runnning. The noise is consistent. No water on the floor just a constant runnning sound. Had to unplug it for the time being. Was wondering if anyone had a similar issue and if so how do you go about resolving it?
Perhaps the pump is shot - it's probably 10+ years old. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The pump brand name is a Beckett (link below). Thx FC

The float is likely stuck. Separate the the top from the reservoir and clean the reservoir and the float assembly. If that does not fix it then it is likely the micro switch connected to the float assy or your discharge hose is plugged or the check valve may be bad.
