How do I set pump pressure on Suntec A2VA-3006?

I need to set the pressure on a new Suntec Pump A2VA-3006 with the valve on top. Can I hook the gage to the output port by itself, or do I need to add some kind of tee into the line?

I know on the other types of pumps there is a gage port on top, which I have used before.

Thanks in advance.

You can disonnect the nozzle line from the drawer assembly & screw a gauge with a 3/16" flare adaptor into the line. At the firing rate you are using, the difference in flowing pressure & static pressure in minimal (maybe a pound or two) & your gauge won't be that accurate anyway.
Glad you decided to use the 3006 pump instead of the Clean cut.

Suntec pump pressure

Thanks again Grady, I appreciate it, and thanks again for the pump recommendation. Sounds like a good idea to have the mechanical backup for the solenoid, just in case.
