No air or oil coming out of bleed screw of Beckett burner

Low on oil. When I tried to restart there is no oil or air coming from bleed screw. I changed filter, oil pump screen, and nozzle. Checked valve at tank end and clean oil is coming out. Fuel line has been blown out and oil seems to be reaching inlet side of filter but nothing is coming out the bleeder. Pump problem?

Could be a pump problem or a bad coupling between the motor & pump. Try loosening the screws on the pump screen cover & bleed air out without the motor running. This presumes there is gravity oil flow to the pump. Make sure you have a pan under the pump because oil could come out in a hurry.
