Thermostat Install

I am looking at replacing my two Honeywell thermostats (T8112D) 4-wire thermostats with Honeywell Z-Wave capable thermostats (YTH8320ZW1007/U) 5-wire that I have purchased via Amazon. The furnaces are York - about 13 years old. I initially was going to DIY and then got cold feet when I found out that the common wire was not present at the thermostat. So, after getting the run-around from two HVAC contractors, I am now back on the DIY train. From what I can determine I need a Common wire run down to the new thermostat. There are extra wires in the cable. So, after looking at these pictures, it appears to me that the terminal labeled C is Common and that all I need to do is hook up the unused black wire in the cable to this terminal and connect it appropriately on the thermostat end. Thanks for you input. Bob

And let us know if you have any questions on the advance settings..

One thing for sure we'd suggest setting the system type to 3-Hot Water/Hi Eff furnace.
