Carrier WeatherMaker 8000, Model 58TUA120, Won't Start Unless...

Ten year old Carrier gas furnace won't ignite unless the manual reset limit swith located above the two stage pressure switch is reset. Then the sequence starts: blower on, ignitor lights, gas on and furnace turns on. The low stage runs for about 4-5 minutes and when it kicks to the second stage, the flame goes out but the fan remains on??
Furnace code 43 lights up indicating: Low Heat Pressure, Draft Safeguard or Auxilary Limit Switch Open While High Heat Pressure Switch is Closed. I have replaced the limit switch located above the pressure switch and I have replaced the two stage pressure switch. No Luck? Any suggestions?

Be more specific about this manual reset limit switch. It's probably opening for a reason. Is it located just above the burners (a flame rollout switch)?

Carrier WeatherMaker..

The upper limit switch looks like it is located on the furnace exhaust duct, one orange wire is connected to the low pressure side of the pressure switch, the other is bundled and runs down into the lower compartment. Does that help?
