Boiler circulator stays on even when thermostat set below 50.

Burnham propane furnace, forced hot water, 3 zones. One zone circulator pump stays on regardless of setting. Only way to shut down is emergency switch. Other zones "click" on & off with thermostat change. Honeywell RA832 relays on each zone. One stays "on" when power applied. Other 2 work fine with thermostats. Do I need a new relay or could there be other problems that can be checked & fixed on site? Installed 18 years, only two circulators replaced & exhaust flue vent malfunction once in that time.

Problem fixed by service man. Two wires touching behind thermostat closed the circuit and kept "calling" for heat.
