Ran out of oil --trying to restart furance

I have a Beckett AF 15 with a honeywell R7284. I ran out of Oil today I believe. After putting oil in I hit rest button--said hard lockout at the time. It clicked on but did not light. It is a 2 line system. I have gotten conflicting advice--do I need to bleed it. I have hit the rest a couple of times but still not lighting.

Normally a two line system will bleed itself but it may take a while depending on line length.

It helps if you bleed it.
