I have a problem with Thermal Zone furnace. The ignitor comes on and lights the pilot light but once the blower starts the pilot goes out. We have checked the vaccuum switch which is operational I'm lost and it's getting cold inside

I'm a little lost - you mean the burner comes on and then goes out when the blower starts?
