Draft? fan pluses several times before furnace fires up

I have a Goodman GMNT Gas furnace. When it is starting up, the fan motor starts and runs for 5-10 seconds, then turns off. After a few seconds, it comes on again. After a few cycles, the furnace finally ignites.

Should I Be concerned? It’s been doing this for some time now. I would appreciate ideas on how to troubleshoot the problem.
Thanks

By fan motor do you mean the draft inducer blower. The little one in the exhaust line ?

What it's doing doesn't sound normal.

The inducer motor should turn on and stay on as long as the thermostat is calling for heat, or more specifically whenever there is 24 VAC applied to the W terminal on the furnace.

I'd check to see if the thermostat is staying on by using a multimeter to check on that voltage. If the voltage is present and the inducer motor isn't staying on, yes, your should be concerned.

Either the inducer motor is fail;ing or the circuit board is failing to turn the inducer motor on properly, and this will likely progress to failure of the furnace to light.
