Can I use hevy duty aluminum foil for furnace vent?

I have 80,000 BTU gas furnace, the vent pipe up to the attic and out above the roof is broken the at the 45-degree angle connection, the separation is about 1/2" and it's hard to replace that 45-degree pipe due to space limitation.

Can I use either heavy duty aluminum foil or even cut off the aluminum cooking pan to wrap around this area, then tape it with aluminum duct tape?

No, the danger from fumes is too great to jerry-rig it. You need to do a proper replacement.

No, you can't. Call a professional before you kill yourself and others.
