Question Lennox Pulse shuts itself off

G14Q3-80-C4 Lennox Pulse has worked perfectly until this fall. I have to reset it about once every 30 hours by removing and resetting fuse. At that point it immediately begins to work and continues to function perfectly. I have replaced the filter and checked for obvious intake or exhaust blockage.

The first place I would check is to make sure the condensate line is not clogged. A clogged or obstructed line can cause the unit to shut down. Here is a link to some information that may assist you: http://www.cozyparts.com/Lennox-Part...06-01-1989.pdf

Welcome to the forums.

I remember there being heat exchanger issues and recalls with the pulse furnaces.

Based on what I had read it's extremely important to have the heat exchanger checked every heating season.

It would also be a very good idea to have a carbon monoxide detector near your sleeping quarters if you don't already have one installed.
