Do you have a yellow tipped flame or a blue tipped flame on your pilot light?
You may need to clean your pilot orifice.

The flame on the left requires cleaning.

I usually use a combo 3/8 and 7/16 open end wrench to get to the orifice and a bristle from a wire brush to clean out the blockage.

It cold also be a crack in the heat exchanger blowing out your pilot. How long has it been since this furnace was professionally inspected?

Shut off the gas and power to your furnace, disconnect the pilot tube from the base of the pilot and , if your lucky the pilot orifice will fall out. You may need to tap the pilot assembly for the orifice to fall out.

Clean out the orifice with a stick pin or a bristle from a wire brush.

If the problem persists, having the furnace professionally inspected would be the safest option.
