No heat - gas furnace - pilot is lit

I have a Nordyne propane furnace and heat pump.

The pilot is lit but the burner won't ignite (set point is more than 6 degrees higher than indoor temp).

Emergency heat does not ignite burner.

Blower appears to be doing what it should.

Heat pump is working intermittently. It will run for a long time (60 minutes+?), but then shuts off for a period - perhaps 15 minutes or more(?).

Outside temp is now 50F and was 30F overnight.

Can anyone offer troubleshooting steps, please?
