Another Honeywell 360 thread

I'm not sure how this forum works (if you prefer us to create a new thread or continue an old one). Feel free to remove this or merge it with the other thread(s).

I have all the plumbing and such done, but still confused with the wiring. I read a review of the unit that included some installation instructions. I'm no 'artist' but I "think" this is correct?

Welcome to the forums.

Starting a new thread is preferred as it's dedicated to your question(s) and issues.

Since that humidifier plugs into a 120vac receptacle it only requires that the two yellow wires be shorted for operation.

Your schematic shows that and is correct.

Thank you very much for the reply. The instructions kept showing an external transformer and that had me a little perplexed. I'm not fond of the idea of a mechanical unit (the pressure switch) as I know solid state is much more reliable, but from what I've read, it starts getting a lot more pricey to get a humidistat that can perform the functions that this does.

Those pressure switches work fine for that application.
