Blower fan starts immediately, way to adjust?
I have 2 Nordyne RC92+ Upflow Gas forced air furnaces. One of them had a problem last year so I had a heating guy come over and he got it going, limit switch. But now instead of it heating up and then blower coming on the blower fan starts as soon as unit turns on blowing cold air for a couple minutes. I tried reading manual and found nothing to adjust this. The other unit kicks on and has flame for roughly a minute before blower comes on which seems right.
Any help on adjusting when the blower comes on would be greatly appreciated.

Fans on most gas fired furnaces are controlled by the ciruit board. There may or may not be dip switches to set the fan timing. A photo of the board might help. Do you have the installation manual?
If you have changed thermostats, make sure the stat is configured for gas/oil furnace not electric.

Circuit Board Pics
This is the circuit board on my furnace. I also do have the instruction manual but it doesn't say anything about adjusting anything just installation, specs, wiring diagrams, etc. I just need a 30-60 second delay from when it fires up to when the circulating fan kicks on. Any help or advice would be very appreciated.

The problem might be in the board itself; the on time delay is usually not adjustable.
Since nothing is connected to terminal G on the board, the t-stat isn't the culprit. (G controls continuous fan)

Thanks for the response but it used to work fine. A couple years ago it wouldn't run properly so I called a heating guy and he troubleshot it to some air safety switch (sorry I don't have manual handy for terms). Come to find out the condensation hose allowed water to collect in hose, he showed me to take one of the hoses off and blow the water that collected in it then reattach and it works fine. I was notified the following year (the unit is in downstairs which is identical to mine) about the circulating fan starting immediately. I was with the heating guy when he was troubleshooting and don't remember him doing anything to circuit board and he couldn't think of anything either...
