American standard won't fire up. 3 flashing lights.
I have an American standard Aux1d120a9601ab furnace. I've been having a problems with it intermittently not working when heat is called for. The interesting this is when it starts for the first time in the morning it fires up fine but the issue is it sometimes cycles for 30 minutes before it fires back up when it calls for heat again. The diagnostic lights indicates it's the pressure switch, I have already checked to hoses and even replaced the pressure switch. I even cut the intake line in hopes the run was too long, but none of these fixed the issue. When I bypass the pressure switch by putting a jumper between the two wires going into the pressure switch I see the igniter light up and the furnace and blower come on fine.
Again this happens intermittently. Sometimes it fires up right away sometimes the furnace cycles for an hour before it comes on.

Have you cleaned the inside of the barbed connector to you pressure switch (furnace side) with a straightened paper clip?
