Furnace pilot will not stay lit

We have a older model Hamilton gas standing flame pilot light furnace. The pilot light goes out intermittently. The thermal couple & pilot light tube have been replaced. The pilot light & burner tubes have been cleaned. The second burner tube seems to not be burning all the way to end causing gas build up & backdraft. Which blows out pilot. If gas it stopped to this tube the furnace works perfectly. Is there anything else I can try before having to get burner replaced?

Try cleaning it again to make sure you didn't miss anything. Other than that, all signs point to a potential bad burner...
