MODEL FG6RA 120C-20C Gas igniter Issue..It's really cold!!!
Model
FG6RA 120C-20C
Issue
HVAC pumps cool air around the house when it should be hot air = cant heat house to correct temperature. This has been happening for a few days
Events
1) turn heat on using thermostat
2) small fan starts on HVAC unit
3) hear click
4) hsi heats up really bright
5) a few seconds later burners ignite
6) hsi stops glowing
6) a few seconds later burners turn off
7) main fan starts without burners on blowing cold air around the house
8) The main fan keeps blowing, no smell
9) Then I can smell a small amount of gas from the burner area
10) Main fan blows for a bit making everything cold
11) Everything shuts off
12) Process starts again
Lights
The red light stays on throughout the sequence (solid)
The yellow light flashes when burners are on (low flame sensor?), once they cut off the yellow light stops flashing
Notes
There are times when the heating works and pumps hot air but this seems to be less frequent. For instance, earlier today everything worked and the heat came up to the full 70 degrees.
Any idea on what the problem is/what I need to do? Thank you!!

In the picture below...... circled in red is the flame sensor. Remove the single screw at the orange arrow. Pull the flame sensor down and out of unit.
Polish the metal bar with steel wool or my favorite.... a scotchbrite pad.
Put it back and test. That should take care of your problem.
