here's my issue.....our church has a lennox pulse 21 furnace...20 yrs. old. it will not stay running. It starts and will only run for 10-20 seconds, then shuts down and goes through the cycle again. The flapper diaphragm was replaced along with the board. The intake and exhaust pipes are clear. Any ideas on what else it may be?

^Nope, but you might want to tell them to get the heat exchanger pressure tested before throwing more parts at it.
