Furnace Ignitor rattling noise then buzz

When my home furnace ignitor clicks on it makes an extended rattling noise which then fades into what sounds like a lingering electrical buzzing sound, which then fades after about 10 seconds. Sounds like the ignitor is getting stuck, though it does currently light the furnace.

What could that be? Sounds like a larger problem in waiting. Its a Carrier model from 1982, I believe.

Here is a video of the noise? Notice the rattling sound at ignition and buzzing sound that lingers for a while afterwards? What is that? How can it be fixed?

I believe you have a 3 wire pilot ignition system with an Essex gas valve. That was a common problem with that valve. Sometimes cleaning the pilot would correct the problem.
Another fix was to remove the regulator adjustment cap and clear the very small vent hole in the cap. If that is the system you have.
I didn't see any video,I guess you didn't post it correctly.
