pilot won't stay lit after pressure valve dumped water and wet spill switch

I had to turn off my water and gas to change my water heater. Upon turning back on I re-lit the pilot on my gas boiler (it lit and I thought everything was fine). My radiators never got hot that night so I checked it again in the morning. I realized I hadn't re-opened the water valve to the boiler. I did and left the house. By the time I got home the pressure relief valve was dumping water and the pilot had gone out. I think I got it to stop dumping water but now the pilot won't stay lit. The thermocouple was just changed about a month ago and it gets red hot. I did notice the flue gas spill switch got wet when the water was dumping out but the system was not under water or anything (maybe an inch or less in one corner of the system).

Are you saying the pilot is lit but will not fire up on a call for heat.
How is the thermocouple red hot with no pilot if that's the case.
