blower help

Hello all,
I have a Ruud silhouette II gas forced air furnace. What it started doing is when the blower kicks on, it sounds like a washer in spin cycle. I took the blower assy out. It spins freely and keeps freewheeling with no drag. There is no up or down or side to side play. When I spin it by hand it looks balanced and is quiet. It is a direct drive motor and has no ports for lubrication. I am wondering what is causing the noise. The other thing I noticed is when the blower is going, the air only gets slightly warm. Everything else works. Everything cycles when it should and the burners stay on the whole cycle. Thanks in advance for any help.

are mounting bolts tight? Are the rubber dampers on the bolts still flexible? Is the bolt holding the blowerwheel on tight?

You can take the access panel off. Press the switch that is closed with the access panel is on and observe the blower.
