Beckett oil furnace problem

We have a Beckett oil furnace that is probably 20 years old. we have had to hit the reset button a fewtimes this year and it stopped pumping oil last night. Plenty of oil and we replaced the transformer. Is our next option to replace the pump? Suggestions?

T,
What do mean by stopped pumping oil. Did it work any better after the transformer change. Did the motor stop, or go off on safety.

The pump does not work however, when we jumped it the oil pumped through. Transformer replaced but still pump won't work.

Jumped it and the oil flowed through! Explain this please... Have you checked the filter(s) and pump screen? Does oil flow through the bleed port?

T,
When you say jumped. What did you jump. The motor is connected to the pump by a coupling. When the motor runs the pump delivers oil. I'm assuming the motor is not working. Is it a bad motor or a bad control not sending the signal to the motor to come on.
What's connected to what. Do you have pics of the burner and controls.
