Carrier 58PAV error 33 furnace ignites but blower doesnt run
I have a Carrier 58PAV. I'm getting a 33 error. My air filter was very dirty and I have replaced it. Unfortunately the problem continues. The flame ignites and runs for a minute. No hot air is flowing out of the ducts. After a minute it cuts off. I'm guessing this is a safety cutoff due to high temperature. Did something burn out due to the original problem of the dirty air filter blocking airflow? Could it be as easy as some manual reset? I have turned off power and restarted with the same result. Thanks!

I wouldn't count on the manual reset. Sounds like the blower motor is bad. Dirty filter would cause low air flow and cause the blower motor to run hot.

Welcome to the forums.
The first thing you need to do is turn power off to the furnace, open blower service door and see if you can turn the blower by hand and that it spins freely. You could have a bad motor or start capacitor.
