York Diamond 90 - Ignitor Tests Good But Does Not Light.

The ignitor will not light. I tested it for continuity and if memory serves me it reads about 75 ohms.

An AC voltmeter connected to the plug coming from the PCB reads zero volts.

I hear relays click and motors run but no glow from the ignitor.

I had this problem the last 2 years. After sitting all summer I get the same problem. For some reason it seems to fix itself and start working.

Last year it started working when I disturbed the bundle of wires going to the PCB. And it worked properly all winter. That fix didn't work this year.

My gut feeling is that I have a bad relay contact. I don't want to buy a new PCB only to find out I have a bad sensor or something.

My questions are these: 1) Which relay supplies power to the ignitor? 2) What switches / sensors would prevent the ignitor relay from pulling?

Or better yet maybe this is a common problem and someone knows the exact fix.

And BTW I'm getting 4 flashes on the red LED

Thanks

Somewhere on the furnace, usually on the inside of the blower compartment door, should be a key to the blink code. If you can find it, please tell us what the 4 blink code is. Sometimes the key is on the board itself.
