Gas furnace shuts off too soon

I am renting a house which has a Ducane gas furnace. It looks fairly new, but I couldn't find a model number.

The issue I'm having is that when it turns on the blower only runs for four minutes before shutting off. Then it stays off for around 30+ minutes(I haven't timed the off time). This makes it impossible to heat the house much more than 15F higher than the outside temp.

I can force the cycle to restart(getting the blower to run for another four minutes) by switch off the furnace for about 30 seconds then switching it back on.

I tried checking the LEDs to figure out what the issue is but they are off, even when the furnace is running.

I would really appreciate some help figuring this out. Thanks

You're renting which means this is the landlord's problem, please contact him/her.
