Furnace Clicking
My furnace is seemingly running just fine but i can hear a constant clicking from it. What could this be and should i be worried. Is there anything i should look at to figure this out? If you need the exact model of my furnace I'd be happy to find out.

Yes a model number would help. I am going to take a guess, it might be the igniter making the noise.

Exactly what it sounds like! When the pilot light went out last winter thats the noise it made to turn back on then all of a sudden i turn it on today and it wont stop now despite being lit and working just fine.....is this something to worry about? i believe the model is a carrier super saver model model 58SSB060-CC

Can't find a wiring diagram for that unit. Might be a bad ignition module. Houston might have a diagram for that unit. He will probably stop by.

OK, I have a drawing now. I would go ahead and replace the igniter. The drawing calls it a "spark generator".
