nordyne gas furnace does not kick on

I have a nordyne gas furnace installed last year. At first it worked for a bit and then stopped. The contractor figured out that the either intake or outtake pipe line was not in an angel and water was trapped in there so he leveled it up and it worked all fine for the rest of the winter. However, this year, it worked on and off again. At first, it still can kick on after several try, after several days, we can hear the furnace kept trying to kick on, but just cannot. We saw the green led light kept flashing and according to the codes, it is the pressure switch open fault. We changed a switch and it worked! but for several hour later, the green light started flashing again and it tried to kick on, for several times, it did kick on, but later, it cannot again.
The serial number is KGD110603162, wonder if anyone can help.

Welcome to the forums!! This is a classic problem that homeowners experience the first time they use the furnace for the season. The solution many times is to remove the pressure switch hose that connects to the inducer motor port. It has a small hole in that nipple and crud builds up and prevents proper operation of the pressure switch. It needs to be cleaned out with an opened paper clip or a small drill bit. Make sure it is cleaned all the way through that nipple.

If you do that and it does not solve the problem check your vent pipe for obstructions such as a bird's nest, bee hive, leaves, etc. as those things can prevent the pressure switch from closing.

To better assist can you post the model number of your furnace?
